- 1. Log into the HOBO Returns Portal using your order number and shipping address zip code.
- 2. In the Returns Portal, choose an item to start a return or exchange.
- 3. Confirm your return. Returns, including taxes and discounts, will be refunded to your initial form of payment minus a $7 handling fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- 4. Print your prepaid UPS label and packing slip. Please drop off your return at a UPS center within 7 days of initiating your return.
- 5. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.
