How do I return items?Updated a month ago
- Extended holiday returns start now! (You can get a stress-free head start on the season). All purchases made between Saturday, November 1, 2025, through Monday, December 15, 2025, can be returned through Thursday, January 15, 2026.
1. Log into the HOBO Returns Portal using your order number and shipping address zip code.
- 2. In the Returns Portal, choose an item to start a return or exchange.
- 3. Confirm your return. Returns, including taxes and discounts, will be refunded to your initial form of payment minus a $7 handling fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- 4. Print your prepaid UPS label and packing slip. Please drop off your return at a UPS center within 7 days of initiating your return.
- 5. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.
