How do I make an exchange?Updated a month ago
All exchanges can be made through our HOBO Returns Portal. If you choose to do an INSTANT EXCHANGE - A $1 authorization hold may apply. Please note exchanged items must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the new items.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unused with original hangtags and packaging attached.
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments unless an exception is made by Customer Service.
